Dr. Shivanthi KandiahDr Shivanthi Kandiah completed undergraduate medical school at Guys and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust in the United Kingdom. She completed General Surgical training in Queensland in 2019.
Subsequently she undertook the Head & Neck and Endocrine Fellowship at Liverpool hospital, Sydney. She completed the Royal College of Surgeons England Thyroid and Parathyroid Fellowship at Royal Berkshire Hospital, UK. Dr Kandiah remained in the UK in 2021 and worked as an Emergency General Surgery Consultant at St.James' Hospital in Leeds.
Since returning to Queensland, Dr Kandiah is a Staff Specialist in Metro South hospitals in Brisbane. She also operates at Mater Private Redlands.
