Dr. Rajith MendisDr Rajith Mendis is a Head and Neck surgeon with extensive subspecialty training in a range of head and neck, and endocrine conditions as well as reconstruction. After completing his MBBS at UNSW he undertook general surgery training at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, obtaining his Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in 2019. In 2020-2021 he undertook training as the Head and Neck and Surgical Oncology fellow at Westmead hospital, and he then completed further fellowship training in Head and Neck and microvascular reconstruction at Wollongong hospital in 2022 and Chris O'Brien Lifehouse hospital in 2023. During this time he was trained in the management of a range of thyroid and parathyroid conditions, including advanced malignancy.
