Dr. Alice FeberyDr Febery was raised in rural Southland and went on to complete Medical School at the University of Auckland in 2009. Dr Febery gained her FRACS in 2017. After finishing up her time in Middlemore Hospital as a fellow in 2017, she moved abroad to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane Australia to continue her fellowship training in Breast and Endocrine Surgery. Dr Febery returned to New Zealand and to Southland as a Consultant Surgeon in 2019 with a keen desire to serve local Southland people.
Dr Febery’s specialty interests are in Oncoplastic Breast Surgery, Thyroid and Parathyroid disease and Melanoma. Dr Febery is passionate about ensuring world class care is available to all, especially those living outside of major metropolitan centres.
